We rent high quality Fjellpulken sleds. The pulk or pulka is the number one gear for winter hiking as you don’t need to carry heavy rucksacks on your back.  This allows packing more care free – basically you can pack more stuff for your winter adventure.  You can drag even heavy loads in a sled as the pulling harness divides the weight on your waist, making it rather comfortable.

We begin the journey in cosy accommodation, where you have time to prepare yourself before transferring to starting point, Kilpisjärvi.
